A: Easy. We look at the location, repairs needed, and condition of the property. Mostly based on what you tell us! We will come up with a win-win fair price that works for both of us.
Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Realtors list properties on the MLS and hope someone will buy it. Agents have a showing process, so your home must be in TIP TOP shape 24/7 and be ready for showings at any time. The average time to sell a property when listing with an agent right now is 6-12 months. Agents also will take a commission, around 6% but that doesn’t include all closing costs. By the end you are paying about 10% with closing costs! That can add up! We are the ones who buy your home! You don’t need to get your home “Show” Ready and you don’t need to do any repairs.
